About Ikram

An independent entity and non-profit civil arm of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, under the supervision of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, aiming to lead the sector in the field of honoring the deceased. The Ikram Al-Mawta Foundation was established on 14/08/14 AH with permit number (233). Ikram’s strategy is to contribute to and support the development of the deceased’s journey through its five stations from the moment of death, transportation, preparation, and burial to the stage of consoling and supporting the deceased’s family, in integration with relevant authorities with the aim of providing impactful services.

Ikram signed two memoranda of understanding with the Al-Ahsa Municipality, in the presence of Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Suleiman Al-Amaliq, to ​​contribute to the establishment of the central headquarters in the west of Al-Mubarraz city. The second memorandum was with Al-Manara Advanced Company to provide cooperation in implementing programs and events, as well as cooperation in providing consultations and exchanging expertise, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
